The Apellate Body

An examination of an arbitration report can be requested by the aggrieved person or the grievant within three (3) working days since the dispatch of the arbitration report and only if this person pays an administration fee and if

  1. new facts or proofs come out which could have had a substantial impact on the assessment of the advertisement and could not have been taken into account in the process which was not the fault of the person requesting the examination,
  2. the person objects against a violation of these Rules of Procedure or
  3. the person objects against a failure to disclose a conflict of interests of a Committee member.

Ethical Principles

Principles are the basic document under the Arbitration Commission assesses compliance Ad and of substantiated complaints.

Principles do not replace the legal regulation of advertising, but it builds on the provision of ethical principles.
